Abstract
Проведено синтез та вирощування монокристалів твердих розчинів (Cu 1-x Ag x ) 7 GeSe 5 I. Рентгеноструктурні дослідження показали, що у системі Cu 7 GeSe 5 I – Ag 7 GeSe 5 I утворюється неперервний ряд твердих розчинів (Cu 1-x Ag x ) 7 GeSe 5 I, які кристалізуються в гранецентрованiй кубiчнiй комiрцi . Встановлено, що концентраційна зміна параметра гратки відбувається у відповідності до закону Вегарда.
