Abstract

Experimental dependences of the growth rate of the {100} faces of KH2PO4 (KDP) crystals on supersaturation in solutions with Н3PO4 and KOH additives have been obtained. The growth rate of the {100} faces of a KH2PO4 crystal is minimum in aqueous solutions of natural pH and increases in the presence of Н3PO4 and KOH additives at constant supersaturation. The increase in the growth rate correlates with enhancement of KН2PO4 solubility.
