Abstract

Wide ligament pregnancy is a very uncommon obstetric condition with a challenging antenatal diagnosis. It can be life-threatening for the mother. We report a rare case of wide ligament pregnancy during the second trimester. Uterine rupture or cesarean scar pregnancy were suspected, and laparotomy was performed. Diagnosis was established during surgery. The first trimester ultrasound is interesting because it helps to make an early diagnosis and to provide the best treatment.
