Abstract

The excessive use of cars has resulted in various environment al impact, so the current trend in urban planning, including reducing the use of private transport, and strengthening the transport system and TOD relationship between urban development. Transit oriented development as a key policy direction of Taiwan's cities. Moreeven, TOD concept could be combined with the concept of eco-city of Kaohsiung to construct more compact and sustainable urban therefore, to combine the TOD and the eco-city has become an important issue of sustainable urban planning. This study analyzes the theory and literature, including TOD, city, communities and land use, summarized the key dimensions and operating the project of green TOD. The empirical investigation of the main decision-making groups of land use planning, investigation and analysis, through the two round fuzzy linguistic questionnaire survey of experts, integrated the major consensus decision-making model, developed a combination of land use planning concepts and TOD principles integrated land use assessment model.
