Abstract

This study used polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) as the matrix material, (CaCu3Ti4O12, CCTO) as ceramic powders, and graphene as the carbon material to prepare a three-phase dielectric composite. The morphology, structure, dielectric property and dielectric strength of the composites were analyzed. Dielectric results show that at room temperature and 100 Hz, when CCTO powder content is 30vol%, CCTO/PVDF composite shows the best dielectric properties, dielectric constant 16.569 and dielectric loss 0.0778. When added graphene content is 3.5vol%, the dielectric constant, dielectric loss and energy storage density of the three-phase composite are 48.649, 0.281, and 1.305 J⋅cm–3, respectively.
