Abstract

In this work, the uniaxial compression deformation test of nickel-based powder superalloys was carried out in a vacuum isothermal adiabatic environment using the Thermocmaster-Z thermal processing simulation test machine. The evolution of the microstructure in the two stages of dynamic softening and strain hardening in the true stress-true strain curve in the process, including the interaction of grain size, local misorientation and their relative mobility. During most of the plastic deformation time, the flow stress is gradually increased, that is, the strain hardening dominates, while in the remaining plastic deformation process parameters, dynamic softening dominates. Under different plastic deformation process parameters, The average grain size fluctuates to a certain extent under the condition of partial strain values, but the final evolution law is gradually decreasing, while the final trend of the average local misorientation is increasing.
