Abstract
The Noble Qur’an did not present its legislation or its rulings in one whole, but rather included it little by little until it reached perfection in legislation. Gradualism is a great chapter that requires a complete jurisprudence of the provisions of the religion. The word gradual is not mentioned directly in the Holy Qur’an, but it contains what refers to the gradual approach, such as gradual increase in faith, gradation in legal costs, and other things that the Holy Qur’an urges. And legal costs are based on ability and ability, and God Almighty lifted the nation of Muhammad (peace be upon him) hardships like previous nations and Muslims did not carry heavy hardships they could not bear. This research came as a small model to show gradualism in Islam, its legitimacy, and the wisdom of it, with a statement of the relevant words and the difference between them and gradualism, and a list of opinions and conclusions from them, and a conclusion to the research results, recommendations and suggestions.
