Abstract

This study seeks to apply the GOD 4N leadership coaching model to Christian kindergarten teachers. In order to organize the program and analyze the effects of the program, two research questions are suggested. Research question 1 seeks to set up the leadership coaching program for kindergarten teachers by applying the GOD 4N leadership coaching model. This research is pursued through a conversational communication method and a five hour workshop with ‘52 received word cards.’ After this research, ‘received word teacher coaching’ is developed and composed. This is called ‘carol leader teacher.’ Research question 2 seeks to examine the effects of the program of the GOD 4N leadership coaching model. This research is pursued not only by quantitative analysis through pre and post examination of ‘153 coaching paper,’ but also by qualitative analysis through interpretation of ‘received word teacher coaching’ with the Word Cloud method. The results of this research confirm that the program is useful for Christian teachers. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that the kindergarten educational institutions and parents in Sunday school practice the GOD 4N leadership coaching model. Also, based on the results of this research, it is recommended that the GOD 4N model be propagated. Moreover, further studies are required for applying Christian leadership skills and the stages of developmental leadership.
