Abstract
Here we present the study on GO induced grain boundary modification of solution-processed transparent TiO2-GO nanocomposite thin films by dc bias dependent impedance spectroscopy. The experimental Nyquist plot obtained from impedance spectra is fitted by an appropriate model electrical circuit comprised of two parallel R-C circuits connected with a series resistance in order to evaluate different contributions arising from core grains and grain boundaries. Variation of relaxation times (τ = RC) with external bias and its modification after GO reinforcement confirms grain boundary modification and its influence on charge transport in nanocomposites.
