Abstract

Signal quality analysis is an important way to ensure high quality of navigation service. Traditional signal time domain evaluation method cannot obtain the detail of signal waveform. This paper uses a method based on the chip measurements to solve this problem. At the same time, this paper proposes an algorithm to evaluate signal quality by using the chip measurement. Finally, this algorithm is used to analyze the Beidou, GPS and Galileo signals, the results show that Beidou is equally matched in signal quality with other two systems, some frequency point is slightly better than other systems in code tracking accuracy and tracking deviation. However, some Beidou signal are less consistent than other systems among satellites. Anomalies such as pseudo-range difference nonzero may occurs.
