Abstract
The glossed provision concerns the constitutive requirement of a formal complaint against excessive length of proceedings within the meaning of the Act of June 17, 2004 on a complaint for violation of a party’s right to hear a case in preparatory proceedings conducted or supervised by a prosecutor and in court proceedings without undue delay (hereinafter: the Act of June 17, 2004), which is the obligation to cite the circumstances justifying the request for a determination of excessive length in the case to which the complaint relates (Article 6 (2) (2) of the Act of June 17, 2004).
