Abstract
The glossed provision refers to the issue of the procedure for submitting a complaint against excessive length of proceedings within the meaning of the Act of 17 June 2004 on a complaint for violation of a party’s right to hear a case in preparatory proceedings conducted or supervised by the prosecutor and in court proceedings without undue delay.
