Abstract

English Abstract: This paper aims to highlight the significance of Media and means of communication and travel in the feasibility of Ijtihad and Ijma in the contemporary world. Modern means of communication and transportation have shrunken the world into a global village. Communication of news and information has become very easy. The environment is much feasible for research and investigation as compared to the past. The modern print and electronic media can be used as a platform for academic dialogue and exchange of views both nationally and internationally. The invention of the press has made secure the knowledge and resources and easy access to them. The invention of the computer and information technology has made easy for Islamic Jurist to access the sources of knowledge. They can communicate with each other via telephone and internet; video conference, email, etc., in spite of sitting together in one place. Modern means of transportation and travel also have shrunken distances. Years and month's traveling has become just an hour's story. Now it is unto us to have ourselves benefited from all these facilities. Arabic Abstract: تهدف هذه الورقة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية الإعلام ووسائل الاتصال والسفر في جدوى الاجتهاد والإجماع في العالم المعاصر. لقد أدت الوسائل الحديثة للاتصال والنقل إلى تقليص العالم إلى قرية عالمية. أصبح توصيل الأخبار والمعلومات سهلا للغاية. إن البيئة مجدية إلى حد كبير للبحث والتحقيق مقارنة بالماضي. يمكن استخدام وسائل الإعلام المطبوعة والإلكترونية الحديثة كمنصة للحوار الأكاديمي وتبادل الآراء على المستويين الوطني والدولي. جعل اختراع الصحافة تأمين المعرفة والموارد وسهولة الوصول إليها. لقد سهل اختراع الكمبيوتر وتكنولوجيا المعلومات على الفقيه الإسلامي الوصول إلى مصادر المعرفة. يمكنهم التواصل مع بعضهم البعض عبر الهاتف والإنترنت ؛ مؤتمرات الفيديو والبريد الإلكتروني وما إلى ذلك ، على الرغم من الجلوس معا في مكان واحد. كما تقلصت وسائل النقل والسفر الحديثة المسافات. أصبح السفر لسنوات وشهر قصة ساعة واحدة فقط. الآن لنا أن نستفيد من كل هذه التسهيلات.
