Abstract

In this paper, we study the Cauchy problem for the inhomogeneous incompressible MHD system with variable viscosity coefficient and electrical conductivity. It is shown that the 3-D inhomogeneous incompressible MHD system has unique global solutions with small initial data conditions. Furthermore, we establish the global well-posedness of the two-dimensional MHD equations in critical spaces, given certain conditions on the density.
