As per publication policy of Scholars Report, the article titled Warming Effects on Irrigation and Drainage Development has been retracted at the request of the Editorial Board Members and Authors of the journal. Title “Global Warming Effects on Irrigation and Drainage Development”. Authors: Daniele De Wrachien, Giulio Lorenzini, and Marco Medici The above article is a duplicate version of another article entitled Global Warming Effects on Irrigation and Drainage Development”, published in “Irrigation & Drainage Systems Engineering”, Published date: January 07, 2016, Volume 5 | Issue 1 | 1000e126, doi:10.4172/2168-9768.1000e126, written by the same authors. Scholars Report apologizes to the readers of the journal for not detecting this omission during the publishing process. We thank ISSN India for bringing this breach of conduct to our attention.
