Dr. Benglis is a Neurosurgeon, Ms. Prado is an Adult Nurse Practitioner, and Dr. Haid is a Neurosurgeon, Atlanta Brain and Spine Care, 2001 Peachtree Rd NE, Suite 575, Atlanta, GA 30309; E-mail: [email protected].
