Abstract
Dr. Koh is Assistant Professor, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, University of Maryland, HSFII-S003, 20 Penn Street, Baltimore, MD 21201, E-mail: [email protected]; and Dr. Boden is Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery and Director, Emory Orthopaedics & Spine Center, Atlanta, GA. Dr. Koh and all staff in a position to control the content of this CME activity have disclosed that they and their spouses/life partners (if any) have no financial relationships with, or financial interests in, any commercial organizations related to this CME activity.
