Abstract
This paper examines the issues surrounding crafting of global competition policy and the institutions (WTO, UNCTAD , OECD & ICN) which have mandate of coming up with a global competition policy. Several factors have to be considered before coming up with a global competition policy and thus the paper concludes that it is difficult to come up with a global competition policy.
