Abstract
Abstract Refractive index and density are two physical properties of glasses that are used in making comparisons of known and questioned samples. Also, the dispersion of the samples can be calculated from the refractive indices. The methods for determining the values of the refractive index and dispersion have been described by previous authors [1–4].
