Abstract
“Glad You’re Here” is the story of a recovering alcoholic with seven years of sobriety who is involved in an accident that triggers a relapse. The story portrays Kathleen’s abiding friendship with the idiosyncratic Mae, while gradually revealing the details of both the accident and Kathleen’s history as a high-functioning drunk.
