Johanna Dwyer, DSc, RD, is professor of medicine and community health at Tufts Medical School and the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts and a Senior Scientist at the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts.
