Abstract

It is shown that Geometrical Scaling (GS) holds in high energy πN and\(\bar pp\) elastic scattering. The most striking evidence for GS is the correlation between the cross-section at the dip and the forward ratio ϱ=ReF/ImF. For πN scattering the amplitude has been constructed numerically by solving the GS differential equation. A universality for the imaginary parts of the πN andp p eikonals is found.
