Abstract
AbstractIn this work the local electronic densities of states are calculated for four carbon nanotube junctions. The junctions are constructed with geometric intersection of cylinders. It was found that for any two nanotubes various junctions and thus various electronic structures can be constructed depending on the number of pentagons heptagons and other non‐hexagonal polygons.
