Abstract
Reported is a flow-reactor approach to the preparation of yne-ones, and their subsequent use in the synthesis of diverse heterocycles. The scope and the yields are good, and pure compounds are obtained without chromatography with the use of appropriate scavengers in the flow system. In the second sequence, after formation of the yne-ones the stream is split into four equal streams, thus generating the four different heterocycles from one yne-one simultaneously.
