Abstract

Within the article, the peculiarities of the methodological, theoretical, methodical bases of general cultural competence of future manager of education and the ways of formation of it. The essence of general cultural competence of future manager of education has been defined; the content of its structural components (motivational-evaluative, cognitive, personal-reflective, procedural) and functions have been concretized. The scientific-methodical system of formation of general cultural competence of future manager of education has been theoretically substantiated and the effectiveness of its implementation in the process of professional training has been experimentally proved. This system contains methodologically targeted, structural and meaningful, technological and diagnostic subsystems. The criteria and indicators, the levels of formation of general cultural competence of future manager of education have been specified.
