The methodology employed in this research comprises a comprehensive analysis of media, official statements, and reports from the G20 Summit in Bharat, Key findings from this study reveal substantial strides taken by the G20 member states in recognizing the importance of gender equality and women's empowerment in economic and social development. These findings are illustrated through initiatives aimed at increasing women's participation in the workforce, promoting women's entrepreneurship, and enhancing access to education and healthcare for women and girls. Further, my focus is also on the rights which must be provided to them as awareness in this regard is too low. Despite these advances, the paper also identifies persistent challenges, including gender-based violence, unequal access to economic opportunities, and limited representation of women in leadership roles. These challenges underscore the need for sustained efforts in advancing gender equality. It highlights the importance of fostering inclusive economic growth that benefits all members of society, irrespective of their gender.
