Abstract
Middle Eastern states that are subject to natural energy sources, especially oil, and especially Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Iran's economic diversities in order to get rid of dependence on oil have not escaped the attention of international circles in recent times. Sure the power source that are subject to this Middle Eastern oil states efforts to diversify its economy in the beginning to get rid of addiction when entering into different alternative energy sources, including finance, tourism, and investment in heavy industry and the ICT sector by making, of course, there are different initiatives to minimise its dependence on the energy source in the path.
