Abstract
Extra-nodal B-cell lymphoma of the mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) type was first described by Isaacson and Wright in 1983.1 The majority of MALT lymphomas present as localized disease with an indolent clinical course.2-4 We report a rare case of primary ocular MALT lymphoma presenting as a conjunctival mass, with subsequent high-grade transformation and recurrence within the stomach after an anterior orbitotomy. Only one additional report has described gastric recurrence of an ocular MALT lymphoma.
