Abstract
This paper presents the results of experimental studies of the output characteristics of a compact radiator based on mixtures of zinc diiodide vapor and inert gases, excited by a barrier discharge at a total pressure of 50-202 kPa and a sinusoidal voltage-repetition frequency of f ≤130 kHz. The source can be recommended for use in display panels. Besides this, it can be used in biotechnologies and medicine.
