Abstract

This paper describes a useful and relatively inexpensive method of controlling the concentration of gaseous components in a blended gas mixture when a secondary gaseous component is available at a higher pressure than a primary gas (or gas mixture) stream. For illustrative purposes, a specific case involving a reactive gas blending process is described within this report in order to exemplify the process but there are many other potential applications for the process and/or the apparatus described within this paper.
