Abstract
El 26 de febrero de 1971 fue asesinado Edgar Mejía Vargas, alias Jalisco, en medio de la revuelta universitaria que dejó numerosos heridos y muertos en la ciudad de Cali. En La novela Jalisco pierde en Cali, Gabriela Castellanos recrea las circunstancias de este hecho en una cartografía narrativa que permite comprender el mosaico espacial y temporal del relato dentro de la historia de forma magistral.
