Abstract
Content based image retrieval (CBIR) has become a research hotspot in the field of image processing because of its high theoretical and application value. Extracting and matching image features is the main method of CBIR. However, it is extremely difficult to extract the effective features of images. Based on HSV color space characteristics and human perception of color, a color recognition method is proposed. And the structure of this class of pixels is extracted by the method of classification. Image feature matching will be carried out among the same pixel sets, which reduces the complexity of image feature extraction and matching.
