In this paper, we introduce the notion of fuzzy filters(ideals) in CI-algebras. We study fuzzy congruence relation in detail and construct quotient of \((X/\bar{\theta}; {\circ}, 1/\bar{\theta})\) via a fuzzy congruence relation on CI-algebra X.
