Abstract

The reality of education in Iraq in general suffers from obstacles including secondary education, especially administrative and educational obstacles in secondary schools in general, and secondary school administrations like any administration is free of obstacles and problems. They should therefore be addressed and solutions developed to address them. Hence the current research problem in diagnosing the reality of secondary education in secondary schools and trying to find the necessary solutions which are the future perceptions of this education in these schools. The researcher sought to identify the research community of 252 managers and principals of secondary schools in Baghdad governorate for the academic year. 2017-2018 The research sample consisted of (108) managers and managers (43%). The researcher constructed a research tool to answer its objectives and using the appropriate statistical methods. The research results were the most important. The field of community service ranked first in terms of importance. Came to a high degree according to the answers of the sample to the research and then came out with a number of conclusions and made a number of recommendations and proposals related to research.
