Abstract

Nanotechnology is a known field of research since last century. The present review focused on synthesis of nanoparticles through microorganisms, especially Fungi. Due to their non-toxicity and ecologically friendly characteristics, iron manganese oxide nanoparticles created using a recently established green method are very promising. In this work, ferrous sulphate, manganese sulphate, and ethyl glycol were combined with the fungus Aspergillus niger to create iron oxide particles (Fe2MnO4) under air conditions. Systematic analysis with UV-Vis, FTIR, XRD and Antimicrobial study validated the synthesis of iron Manganese oxide nanoparticles. Environmentally friendly, cost-effective, and energy-efficient nanoparticles have been manufactured from biological resources like fungus. Further prepared Materials were used for Methylene Blue Dye Reduction.
