Abstract
Pharmacology is a vast and massive field about drugs which keeps increasing in number day by day. To memorise and retain the various classifications, mechanism of action, uses and adverse effects of the drugs is a dreaded task for MBBS students. This makes it even difficult for Allied Health Sciences students. Keeping in mind the immense burden on AHS students, efforts have been made to include only the necessary things. This book presents the curriculum in question answer format making it easier to memorise. It covers wide spectrum of topics projected in a concise and precise manner with lucid concepts. Some topics specially designed for AHS students are: prescription writing, drug dosing, dose calculation, emergency drugs are explained in simplified manner.
