Abstract
We analyzed the functioning of soil microbiota under the effect of soil herbicides and discovered the changes in number of microorganisms of the main ecological-trophic groups which also led to rearrangement of the dominant forms of microorganisms and decrease of microbiota biodiversity. It has been highlighted the restructuring of micromycetes type structure of and the increase of soil phytotoxicity under the action of soil herbicides.
