Abstract
Fonksiyonel pulmoner atrezi (FPA) nadir gorulen klinik bir durumdur. Yapisal olarak yenidogan doneminde pulmoner arter basincinin sag ventrikul basincindan yuksek oldugu bazi olgularda pulmoner kapagin tam olarak acilmamasidir. Intakt ventrikullu anatomik pulmoner atrezilerden spesifik tedavi bicimlerinin farkli olmasindan dolayi ayirt edilmelidir. Bu yazida ciltte siyanoz ile basvurarak biri anatomik olarak normal saptanmis, digerinde Ebstein anomalisi tanisi konulup izlenen iki FPA olgusu sunulmustur.
