Abstract
The purpose of the article is to analyze the existing anti-corruption institutions in Kazakhstan. To achieve the goal, the article analyzes the following institutions: legislative and regulatory anti-corruption; anti-corruption expertise of normative acts; public control of corruptly dangerous spheres of activity of power; institutions of education and anti-corruption propaganda. The study is based on the methods of structural-functional and institutional approaches. The information and analytical base of the study was made up of legal acts, laws, state programs and strategies of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of combating corruption. The results of the study made it possible to identify the strongest areas of anti-corruption policy, as well as to identify the lagging areas of some anti-corruption institutions that require further improvement. The authors propose areas of measures, the implementation of which will strengthen the role and functions of anti-corruption institutions in Kazakhstan.
