Abstract
本文报道1例重度牙侵蚀症患者的全口咬合重建治疗过程。以恢复前牙美学外观为导向，制定治疗计划，通过从无创到有创的临时性诊断修复，确定最终修复的颌位关系和垂直距离。将戴用2个月的临时冠作为最终修复体的参考，通过计算机辅助设计与辅助制作技术实现咬合关系和美学效果的复制，完成最终修复。治疗后半年复查，患者对治疗效果满意。.
