Abstract

Mol. Nutr. Food Res. 2022, 66, 202200170 DOI: 10.1002/mnfr.202200170 Resveratrol, a polyphenol found in red grapes, inhibits release of pre-stored and newly synthesized pro-inflammatory mediators in mast cells activated by various stimuli. Signaling pathways inhibited by resveratrol include among others MAP kinases ERK and p38 as well as transcription factors STAT3 and NF-κB. This is reported by Axel Lorentz and co-workers in article number 2200170.
