Abstract

The purpose of a business plan is to explain a story, the story of our project, and this story is essential to find out if our initiative is something more than just a good idea. In order to come to fruition it should also be an opportunity. An opportunity is the conviction that this idea can be carried out because a possible market exists to make it happen. The business plan is the basic tool that entrepreneurs in the health sector need to transform their idea into an opportunity and make it happen. Evaluating the opportunity is the first step in the process.
