There are no paper medical histories (patient files) in the hospital. They are there, they are binders with a few sheets of paper, everything else is on the server. This server is used by several hospitals and affiliated clinics.The work of the anesthesiologist in and outside the operating room, the documentation and equipment at the disposal of the anesthesiologist are described.
