Abstract

Growing requirements on circuits with low supply voltage and low input power lead to realizations of analog circuits working in the current mode. Active elements used in these applications have a high frequency bandwidth and dynamic range. This paper discusses the use of new universal current conveyor UCC-N1B for the realization of third order high-pass and low-pass frequency filters working in the current mode. It is suitable to use the filter for the processing of data in industrial networks designed for control and automatization. The filter is primarily intended for the processing of signal data buses working in the current mode and developed for automobile industry.
