Abstract

The freezing episodes have been known to intensify during turning, walking through narrow spaces, or in case of obstacles. When such obstacle/ distractor processing is required, demands for sustained attention is loaded. This paper aims to investigate the role of sustained attention required for obstacle processing in freezing of gait in Parkinson's disease.
