Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of freeze-dried amniotic membrane transplantation for ocular surface diseases.Methods Retrospectively summarized freeze-dried amniotic membrane transplantation in 79 eyes of 72 patients with ocular surface diseases,and the clinical effect was evaluated.Results The amniotic membranes were alive and attached well in 75 eyes (94.9%).The therapeutic effect was satisfactory.Conclusion Freeze-dried amniotic membrane transplantation can be used for the treatment of ocular surface diseases.
