Abstract
This work presents a framework for assessing the resilience of transport infrastructures and prioritizing resilience enhancing interventions. This framework has been developed in the context of the FORESEE project which is funded by the European Union's H2020 Programme and aims to provide reliable tools to improve the resilience of transport infrastructure. The developed framework is intended to help, at the strategic level, infrastructure owners and operators to assess the resilience of transport infrastructures, identify opportunities to enhance resilience, and inform policy and investment decisions. It is structured as a set of sequential steps through which supporting methods and tools are provided to assist users.
