In his introduction, Connolly appropriately acknowledges Sarmiento's major contributions to the field as well as Clawson's influence on his career. The book is divided into a large section on “Principles,” followed by a chapter entitled “Pediatric/Epiphyseal Plate Injury” and then by chapters on regional anatomy.
