Abstract

This paper uses the equivalent small parameter method (ESPM) to model the fractional-order coupled inductance boost converter operating in continuous current mode (CCM), and uses the ESPM combined with the principle of harmonic balance to obtain the periodic solution of the state variable approximate analytical formula. Oustaloup filter principle is employed to construct a model of the fractional-order capacitor, and a simulation model of the coupled inductance boost converter with a fractional-order capacitor is built. In addition, the mathematical model based on state equation of the converter is also established. The simulation results of different models are compared to verify the validity of the ESPM.
