Abstract
In this paper, we investigate the existence of a solution for a fractional-order differential inclusion when the multi-valued map is supposed to be non-convex and satisfies a pseudo-Lipschitz property. For our aim, we use Filippov's theorem. An application to an optimal control problem is also presented for a fractional differential equation.
